So How Exactly Do I Use Essential Oils?

How to use essential oils aromatically
The aromatic (or aromatherapy) use of essential oils may be the most familiar. Have you smelled Eucalyptus in the spa or suana of a gym? Lavender in the massage room? You can get the incredible benefits of essential oils by using a diffuser to disperse the oils into the air. Not sure which diffuser to buy? Check out this diffuser comparison chart. But, you can also place 1-2 drops of oil in your hand, rub your palms together and inhale for an aromatic experience.
How to use essential oils topically
Wait! I can use essential oils on my skin? Yes you can IF you use a superior quality like Young Living. Let’s be real, I’d much rather place Lavender on my skin to improve the look of my skin, instead of just walking by my diffuser and smelling it. Right?! Of course, you must be cautious of sensitive skin and citrus oils that can cause photosensitivity. Depending on how you need to support your body system, you may place a few drops of oil on your head, neck, wrists, feet, abdomen and so on!
